Everybody loves a challenge and especially one that can be accomplished in less than a week! While it may only take you 5 days to complete this challenge, I have a feeling you’re going to want to continue on long after.

So Who’s This Challenge For? 

If you’re a human being than this is for you! Okay, more specifically if you answer YES to one or more of these questions than this is definitely for you!

  1. Have you ever been called or can you relate to the term, People Pleaser?
  2. Have you or anyone else used the term “Perfectionist” to describe you?
  3. Have you ever said Yes when you really meant No?
  4. Have you ever made a commitment knowing you couldn’t keep it?
  5. Have you ever searched for your “other half”?
  6. Have you ever called yourself stupid or fat?
  7. Have you ever felt sad because of the weather?
  8. Have you ever felt bummed that it was Monday?
  9. Have you ever felt shame?
  10. Do you have trouble looking in the mirror and emphatically say, “I love you!”?
  11. Do you want to love and be loved more deeply than you are today?







 

What Can You Expect During The Challenge?

Each day you’re going to be given a challenge. The initial exercise should only take about 5 minutes but you can practice it longer and at different periods throughout the day. You’ll be given a worksheet to complete at the end of each day to keep track of your progress. Remember, this is about progress not perfection! That should only take you about 5 minutes to complete as well. So overall, we’re talking about spending no more than 10-minutes a day.

None of these exercises require you to spend any money. You don’t need the assistance of anyone else either to complete them. Short of a little bit of quiet time, there’s nothing here you can’t do. Ideally you would complete this in 5 consecutive days. However, the challenge works just as well if you focused on one challenge for an entire week and made it a 5-week challenge.

Not only might you start seeing the world around you a little differently but those close to you might also notice changes in you. This is a good thing and  often times you’ll begin to notice the world around you expanding with the thought of new possibilities and opportunities. What you put into this is distinctly correlated to what you’re going to get out of it.

What Can You Expect After The Challenge?

Yes, you could do this for 5 days straight and be done with it. However, as you know, your life today didn’t happen as the result of a 5 day shift. So in order to really start making a difference in your life you’re going to want to incorporate some new tools. As they say, if you like what you have now then keep doing what you’ve been doing. Well, I’m guessing that you’re looking for a bit of a change in your life. So, that’s going to require incorporating some new thoughts and actions.

The 5-day challenge is set up with specific tools that you can incorporate throughout the rest of your life. There are so many variations on the tools I’m providing you here so feel free to adapt them to whatever particular style works best for you. However, I think you’ll find that you’re going to want to continue this challenge on for a long time to come.

The real shift that occurred in my life only happened when I found new tools and when I put those tools to use every single day. I don’t believe in a “you’re healed” mentality where you just wake up one day living like the Buddha. Sure, that would be wonderful and all but I’m offering you something tangible here. I’m offering you something that will make real and noticeable differences in your life. It’s an opportunity to know yourself and the world around you on such a deeper level.

The challenge isn’t an end-all-be-all. Rather this should be used as a catalyst to start and/or continue your life journey to awareness and fulfillment. I do plan on offering more full-fledged online courses and I am offering some limited private 1:1 coaching as well! Whatever you decide to do after this challenge and whether or not it’s with me I fully support you and will always be thinking well of you.
