“Thinking We Can Do it Alone is The First Mistake”
I have lived the majority of my life not knowing how to reach out for the appropriate level of support I needed. Most of us aren’t given the opportunity to have someone say that it’s okay to find it. Even if you are lucky enough to have people in your life tell you it’s okay to reach out for support I would challenge that and say, “it’s not just okay to reach out for support, it’s our responsibility!”
You don’t need to have been clinically diagnosed with depression to need support. That is just ridiculous. In fact, I’m going to list the top 3 reasons you might need support. Carefully review each one to determine if you qualify.

I’m guessing, and quite honestly I really hope that just a few of you confirmed that you can relate to one of those 3!
Look, the point I am making is that we’re all raised under more similar conditions than we might think. I am in no way mitigating what may have happened to you in the past. I have worked with people who have horrifying stories of all kinds of abuse. But this is exactly my point!
It’s not what happened to you, it’s how it impacted you. There may have been a series of events that occurred in your childhood that you’ve been shrugging off as no big deal because they were “legal” or because you weren’t physically hurt in anyway. The truth is, our lives today are very much a reflection of the unhealed pain and hurts from our past.
Traditional therapy aims at getting underneath all that past pain. This is a very important aspect in our recovery/healing process. The problem with traditional therapy alone is that you’re always stuck in the therapy.
A lot of traditional Life Coaches and Motivational Speakers focus on tomorrow or on chasing feelings (ie; happiness). This is wonderful but many people go this route only to find themselves back where they started just a few short months later.
The past is a mere memory in our personal history and the future only exists in our imagination. The only real life we have is in the now!
I am here as your GuidePost. You already have all the answers, I’m only going to point you in the direction they’re located. You’re not a victim, you’re not broken, and everything you’ve been searching for is so much closer than you think.

The “aha” Moment (60 minutes)
This one time session is great if there’s a current topic or issue that you just can’t seem to resolve. Perhaps it’s stopping you from moving forward and you need a way to process it. We can help you dissect this problem and give you some tools to resolve it. It’s quite likely that this issue might be tied to other aspects of your life in which case we may want to consider a more long term approach. Either way, I’m here for you!

The Game Changer (3 months)
We both know that this is a journey and that it’s going to take work and time. The hardest part of changing any aspect of our lives is just making the commitment. What better way to show up for yourself than by committing to the most important person in your life, YOU!
Hero’s Journey (6 months)
The life you have today isn’t a result of a few months of bad luck and misfortunes. Your life is made up of a compilation of experiences dating back to your birth.
It should be no surprise then that it’s going to take some time to untangle years of misinformation. Fortunately, that doesn’t mean it’s going to take the same amount of time to reverse it. Give me six months and I’ll give you a lifetime!
